Territory: This Site targets the United States only. We do not direct or offer the Site to users outside the U.S.
1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.princessroomus.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2) Eligibility; Minors
The Site is intended for individuals 13 years and older. If you are under 18, you represent you have parental/guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (COPPA).
3) U.S.–Only; International Use
The Site is intended for U.S. residents. We do not ship or market internationally via this Site. Orders to non-U.S. addresses may be cancelled or redirected to our non-U.S. channels at our discretion. You agree to comply with applicable U.S. export and sanctions laws.
4) Account, Accuracy & Electronic Communications
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. By using the Site or emailing us, you consent to receive communications electronically (email, notices on the Site). Such communications satisfy legal requirements.
5) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, videos, 3D renders, logos, trademarks, layouts, designs, and software—is owned by Princess Room LLC or used under license. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, data extraction, or automated scraping/crawling is prohibited.

6) Products, Orders, Pricing & Availability
We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing/stock errors, atypical quantities, multiple addresses). Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability may change without notice. Visuals may vary by screen/lighting. In case of an obvious error, we may cancel and issue a full refund.
7) Shipping; Risk of Loss; Delivery
White-glove delivery only (by quote). For in-apartment delivery, please email support@princessroom.fr for a quote. Risk of loss transfers upon carrier delivery at your address. Appointments are required; missed appointments, limited-access fees, storage, re-delivery or liftgate/inside-delivery surcharges may apply per carrier policy.
8) Inspection on Delivery (LTL/Heavy Items)
You must inspect within 48 hours of delivery and report any damage/shortage to the carrier and to support@princessroom.fr with photos/videos. If you fail to report within 48 hours, items are deemed conforming except where prohibited by law.
9) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, with prior authorization (RMA). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee may apply (waived for verified defects or wrong item). LTL/heavy returns require original crating and carrier-approved pickup. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet shipped; otherwise, standard return terms apply. See our Return & Refund Policy.
10) Assembly, Safety & Installation
Heavy furniture/vanities/mirrors may require two-person handling and wall anchoring per instructions. Professional installation may be required for certain setups or electrical components. Failure to follow instructions/anchoring guidance may cause injury/damage and affect return eligibility.
11) Prohibited Conduct; Resale
You may not: violate any law; interfere with Site security; use bots/scrapers without written permission; infringe intellectual property; post unlawful/defamatory/obscene/hateful content; or circumvent technical measures. Unauthorized resale or orders suggesting dealer/distributor activity may be cancelled.
12) User Content (UGC) License
By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you grant Princess Room LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works for operating, improving, and promoting the Site and brand for the applicable legal term.
13) Third-Party Services
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (carriers, payment processors, social networks, analytics/ads). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of such services is governed by their terms and policies.
14) No Warranties (to the fullest extent permitted)
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT/PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers; you may have additional rights that vary by state.
15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINCESS ROOM LLC (AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA, OR COVER COSTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) OR SERVICE(S) AT ISSUE. Some states do not allow certain limitations; additional rights may apply.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Princess Room LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
17) Governing Law; Venue; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Binding Arbitration (AAA). Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, purchases, or these Terms will be resolved by confidential, binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. Seat: Albuquerque, New Mexico. Language: English.
No Class Actions. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived.
Jury Waiver. To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive jury trial.
Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in a court of competent jurisdiction for small claims.
Injunctive Relief Carve-Out. We may seek injunctive/equitable relief in court to protect IP, confidentiality, security, or to prevent fraud/abuse.
Arbitration Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@princessroom.fr within 30 days of your first purchase with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your order details.
Limitation Period. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it accrues, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18) Privacy; Cookies
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and share information. We currently do not sell or “share” personal information as defined by California law and do not use cross-context behavioral advertising on the Site at this time. If that changes, we will update our Policy and provide a conspicuous opt-out mechanism. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable. We use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality, security, and performance; manage choices via your browser settings.
19) Promotions; Gift Cards
Promotions are subject to specific terms and may change without notice. Unless prohibited by law, promotions are not transferable, have no cash value, and may be limited per customer/household. We do not offer gift cards at this time.
20) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, shortages, transportation failures, or governmental actions.
21) Severability; Assignment; Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger/asset sale. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site and supersede prior inconsistent terms.
22) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest version.

1) Scope & Audience
This Privacy Policy describes how Princess Room LLC collects, uses, and discloses personal information from users of www.princessroomus.com (the “Site”). The Site targets the United States only.
2) Notice at Collection (Summary)
We collect: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial info (orders, carts), addresses (shipping/billing), device/usage data (IP/cookies/pages), user-generated content (reviews), and limited payment data processed by our payment providers.
